    6. Thanks for speaking out! This piece of human excrement should have to own up to his actions, more so being a peace officer (a sarcastic term in this day and age).

    7. He was clearly resisting! No evidence of misconduct whatsoever. Don't know what video you people were watching.

  2. At this point, with all these nutty cops on the street that are trying to relive their iraq army man days all over again in the USSA, we should all have some kind of video evidence recorder to capture any wrong doing on these mentally ill people. Years of abusing and killing other people in other countries wasn't enough, now they wanna bring their lunacy back here to keep playing tough boys. Video evidence, and Jury nullification: cops wanna lie in court to wrongfully convict people then just pronounce people innocent and bypass this failed legal system.

    2. Naz: Dude dont talk about men and woman who fought for your country. War isn't something good to talk about. ok. so dont speak of war as it is a good thing.. I can say most citizens dont know why or for what they are fighting for. look it up. No reasons for war. Only money has rearons..

  4. The cop didn't know if the kid had a gun in his waste, the officer was just doing his job.. He may have took it too far, but that's better than that kid shooting up the school right? It's 2013, there are cameras everywhere. The cop will be persecuted for his actions! Where are the surveillance cameras from the Sandy Hook shooting? why won't they just show us the kid walking around with the "AR-15"? They released footage from Columbine... And they have this "Special Needs kid" getting beat up footage... smdh

    1. Where does it say anywhere that they were worried about this kid having a gun? This all stemmed from him not tucking in his shirt. If, indeed, the officer was worried about the student having a gun he wouldn't have taken the time to sit his coffee on the ground and then sling the kid around. He would have simply tackled him and kept him restrained, not sling him around and beat him.

    2. YOUR A REAL COCK .. FUCK COPS.. SHOOT THEM IN THEIR FUCKING FACES!

    3. This police officer was NOT doing his job, he was abusing his authority with excessive use of force that was not warranted. Since when is Law enforcement charged with addressing dress code violations. Their is a prescribed use of force continuum and it was not used. How does thrusting a student into the locker going to make him comply with tucking his shirt in? Some people should never be in a position of authority.

    4. Oh, so you think it is another big bad teenager with a gun??? YOU are part of the problem TonyJameson!! The school, and the police department should be sued in a civil court, and the supercop should be in prison for aggavated assault and battery!! Don't make excuses for this kind of behaviour!! The kid's shirt was untucked! I wonder what precedent of legal code that he broke. In the meantime, since you seem to think that this is all good and well, I hope you get slammed around for having an unkempt shirt. Get real!!!

    5. He didn't walk into Sandy Hook with a AR-15. He had 4 handguns the rifle was in the car.

    6. Sandy Hook was a Drill,, and there were no dead body's Did you see one... The School had been vacant for at least 6 months to a year.. If you believe it was real then your watching too much TV

    7. This man was not just doing his job! He apparently has a problem with special needs people and he has serious anger management issues! No one has the right to do what he did to that kid, especially a huge man like that. If he was worried about a gun, which was not mentioned anywhere by the way, he wouldn't have taken the time to set his coffee down. He is a bully that should be removed from the force and put into a public correctional facility. He should be treated daily to the abuse he brought on this kid.

    8. Sorry Lola. I was referring to the idiot regarding the gun in the waistband comment. My apologies.

  5. It was ok for the other people to not have their shirts tucked in? What kind of joke is this school to have rules like that in the first place for special needs kids, much less police enforced. We need to wake up about how kids are being treated in our world. The fact that the officer thinks that is an offense worthy of a beating, shows what kind of parents he had, and so the cycle continues. Quit being such control freaks acting like your generation is so superior treat all kids with respect and they will learn respect and turn out much better than we could ever imagine.

  6. Todays mentality of paranoia, and false insecurities has created an atmosphere in this country turning the nation into an unsafe police state; Today the young people will never know liberty because of this police state of laws that abridge freedoms, and the fall-out is a form of controlled fascism . Read History; This is a recycle of the 20th century and the causing the rebirth of the Third Reich.

  7. Totally agree TonyJameson, and thank you!

    1. i didn't hear it mention anything about a supposed gun being involved. The police dept refused to even talk about what happened, so how exactly does one come to that conclusion? A gun threat? really? if that were the case, then why does it clearly state that the officer was already yelling at the student about his dress code? and if those actions taken by the cop where him "just doing his job" then we need to reevaluate the way our police forces carry out their duties.

  8. ok tony you want to glorify these monsters make them movies and sell a million copies of why they did it books ??? bulls#$t these officers are just the best organised crime going and they will get away with 99% of it... when will you learn? when there beating down any kid dont matter size shape color or special its wrong i have seen with my own eyes the coruption of these men sworn to protect us doing things that would land us in jail for 5 to 10 years and what about the families do you think they want to see there timmie and sally getting murdered while eating dinner?? give the attention/comfort to these people who lost there most presious gift .... is there any real hope for humanity with sick people who want to watch videoes of innocent kids murdered ... sickness starts with freaks like you

  12. I don't think the cops in the schools are there to punish the students. I think their role is to protect the students. Oh, wait... I forgot that's what all cops are supposed to do, Protect and Serve. My bad.

  13. I'd say before putting anyone in this kind of a job they should go through some training on how to deal with people with special needs, this cop needs to be fired before he kills some one who is innocent,

  14. More cops have beat and/or murdered more children , than children that have had shoot outs at their schools

  15. I don't think cops should ever be jn schools. They are usually placed there because they represent too much of a liability through their actions to serve the police force, so rather than go through the lengthy process of firing them they send them to work at schools. The cop that worked at my school was all kinds of corrupt, the fbi investigated him and found all sorts of problems, including sleeping with the underage girls he was there to protect, look up officer john poland of south lake tahoe.

  16. ToNyJaMeSoN is a paid shill here to lie about the truth. Your opinion means nothing, people have moral boundaries they will not cross even with your scare tactics trying to manipulate people into thinking as your little script intends. Wake up people or it's going to get a lot worse. Recognize people like ToneyJameson for who they really are, paid government employees here to sway public opinion through the use of fake profiles.

  17. THAT COP SHOULD BE FIRED AND CRIMINAL CHARGES SHOULD BE BROUGHT AGAINST THE COP!! THAT KIND OF ABUSE WAS CLEARLY UNCALLED FOR!!

  18. Anyone want to write this sick cunt a strongly worded letter? The cops name is Christopher Lloyd , He also shot and killed his ex's new husband 24 times. And now is in prison for rape. Look it up.
